Home media server un-boxing

The parts for my custom home media server build have arrived. Instead of snapping a few pictures and doing a traditional un-boxing, I thought it would be fun to change things up a bit and shoot a little video showing off all of the components…

 

I’ll be assembling the system over the next few days and will update you all with my progress as soon as possible–probably with some more video. Once I’m certain all the hardware is humming along nicely, it’s only a matter of installing the OS, tweaking and securing the machine, and getting it on the network.
